Where to begin with the exceptional service we got from Quality Flooring? We can begin with the wide selection because it is vast and magnificent. The customer service was bar none. The timing on everything promised was exactly on the mark. Most of all, however, the installers were so exceptional!! They worked intently all day long and finished the job one day sooner than scheduled. They never stopped for lunch, not once. They were so considerate and careful and left the house so impeccable. What a superior and quality service!

Joe at Quality Flooring helped us closely match the existing flooring that we wanted to continue into a hallway and 2 bedrooms. The job went very smoothly and their instillation crew were very professional. I will use them again for our next project.

My husband and I stopped in one afternoon knowing that we were interested in getting new wood floors but not exactly sure what look we wanted. Jim was wonderfully informative and after talking for about 45 minutes we left bringing a few of his recommended selections home. He came out to measure and provide an estimate and we came up with the perfect floor for us. Alex and his team of installers were truly the most efficient, polite, respectful and hard-working young men I have had the pleasure of knowing. Always showed up on time, always remembered they were working in someone’s home and they were careful with my two very curious dogs. Alex is a true perfectionist! The quality of the instillation is excellent! Eric the instillation manager was fantastic as well! Great team!

Can’t say enough great things about this company! From the initial sales interaction with Joe to the installation of the LVP in 2500 square ft of our house, including a split staircase. The installers were professional, courteous and delivered on their promises. I have had several other contractors do work in my house and without a doubt these guys were the best. They were hard workers, on-time, pleasant and their detail work is second to none. Worth every single penny we spent to have this done. I have no reservations about recommending them.

This is the second time we’ve used Quality Flooring. The first time was to install hickory flooring and the work crew did an excellent job. I think “the look” helped sell our home in Pace Island last Spring as almost all the prospective buyers commented on the flooring. We recently moved to a townhouse on Hodges Blvd and wanted the wood look again. With the help of Jim Hall we chose and purchased a LVP wood plank and had it installed this week. It looks great and the installers Bryan and Michael did a perfect job with a very positive attitude. We will have carpeting installed by Quality Flooring later this week and I look forward to the outcome and another positive experience.

We recently embarked upon a total remodel of an early 1980’s home in Sawgrass. Quality Flooring was recommended to us by our General Contractor. We went into their retail store to look at wood flooring. We eventually purchase all of our flooring and tile from Frank at Quality Flooring. There are many reasons for this, and most importantly it’s because of the customer service we received when making our initial wood flooring selections, and the same customer service followed us through the entire project. Our initial hardwood selection lead us to meet with Nicki in their tile showroom. She is extremely creative and knows her products and their applications well. She helped me to think outside of the box and to select tiles that were in our price bracket and which when paired with different colored grout and Sluter made for very interesting and fashion forward selections. She was quick to pull out ideas on Pinterest and to Google images to help me envision what we could create. Picking tile is one thing but installing it is another. The Quality Flooring installation was fantastic. Everything looks great and it was completed on time and on budget. Frank’s team worked seamlessly with our General Contractor and his team to make sure we stayed on the projected timeline. We eventually ended up purchasing all of the tile, carpet, hardwood and exterior front door stone from Quality Flooring. It was a real pleasure working with Nicki in the studio to select tiles and flooring that complimented our coastal contemporary home. With any whole home renovation, there will always be touch ups and tweaking in the end. David from Quality Flooring was meticulous in his finesse skills and made sure that everything was finished to an extremely high level of quality. He wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction. Over the long haul, I feel very strongly that we will not be disappointed putting our complete trust in Quality Flooring, having given them the entire home flooring and tile work. I know that customer service is a high priority at Quality Flooring and so this gave us great comfort knowing we will be well looked after for years to come. We had an extremely challenging situation with a block of concrete in the middle of the floor – previous owner nightmare – and he kept working at it until he had it shaved level with the floor. Typical these days would have been an “I can’t fix it” response. Not these guys. It looks beautiful now!! Highly, highly recommend.

Measurements called for only 3 boxes, If the installer did not have too much waste, which worked out. Putting down 1 coat of glue one day prior sealed floor and installation went well! Installer did an excellent job and was a real PRO! (Luke was VERY GOOD!)

Jim Hall was excellent to work with and helped make sure everything was going to be right, i.e. matching the trim to the rest of the house.

My wife and I had to put in writing how happy we were with our recent hardwood flooring installation in our bedroom.

We expected the disruption and mess involved with taking out our old carpet and disposing of it, moving our large furniture and the laying of the new hardwood, to be an ordeal. I’m happy to say that because of John’s professionalism, attention to detail and very obvious pride in his work, it was an extremely pleasant experience. He and Brian kept the work area and surroundings so neat and clean you could hardly tell what had taken place.

John’s desire to make the customer happy is apparent. Any changes we needed made or special requests were always met with a positive response and it got done.
