Carpet Warranties
Quality Flooring warrants all residential carpet labor for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of installation. This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, moisture, improper maintenance, or subfloor movement. We cannot guarantee that the original material will be available for repairs or replacement. If the original product has been discontinued, a product of equal value will be offered.
Quality Flooring cannot be responsible for matching specific dye lots, shades, or colors. We recommend that you keep any excess material. Material warranties are manufacturer specific and can be obtained by your Quality Flooring Sales Representative.
Tile Warranties
Quality Flooring warrants all residential tile floor labor for a period of 10 (ten) years from the date of installation, and tile walls for a period of 3 (three) years. This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, moisture, improper maintenance, or subfloor movement. Grout does require maintenance and is not covered under the installation warranty. We cannot guarantee that the original material will be available for repairs or replacement. If the original product has been discontinued, a product of equal value will be offered.

Quality Flooring warrants all residential luxury vinyl / laminate labor for a period of 1 (one) year from the date of installation. This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, moisture, improper maintenance, scratches, or subfloor movement.
